Who else sucks at sticking to their new years resolutions? Every year I write them down and never ever stick to them, ever. For 2018 I'm changing it up. Each month I'm picking a couple goals and doing my best to stick to them. (Fingers crossed). - make the bed every day (sound simple? I hate making the bed, but it makes me feel like I can finally start my day) - eat out way less - start working out again (ever since I had P, I keep making up excuses as to why I can't or don't have time. excuses done(hopefully))
